Served over rice, my mom's red curry with chicken, basil, bamboo shoots, and bell peppers is truly addicting. She once gave the recipe to her co-worker who proudly declares that she and her daughter often live off a giant pot of this good stuff for a week.
Chinese yellow curry with chicken and potatoes. It tastes best over rice or with flaky crispy awesome Indian pancakes!
My daddy makes a really good Thai green curry. :)
